WonderConnect – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User”) and conULTRA Pte. Ltd. (“WonderConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and apply to all our services, including our eSIM products, data plans, and associated features.

By using WonderConnect services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

1. Definitions

1.1 “eSIM”: A digital SIM card that allows you to connect to mobile networks without the need for a physical SIM card.

1.2 “Data Plan”: Prepaid mobile data offered for specific countries or regions.

1.3 “Top-Up”: Additional data purchased for an existing eSIM.

1.4 “User”: An individual who registers for and uses WonderConnect services.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and own an eSIM-compatible device that is network-unlocked and ready for international use.

2.2 Registration: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2.3 Misuse: We reserve the right to disable accounts if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.

3. Purchase and Refund Policy

3.1 Purchases: All Data Plans and Top-Ups must be prepaid. Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility before purchasing.

3.2 Refunds: Refunds are available for unused Data Plans if the eSIM has not been activated. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for partially used or expired Data Plans or Top-Ups. Claims or disputes regarding purchases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and prevent abuse.

3.3 Refund Disputes and Fraud Prevention: Refund requests are subject to verification. WonderConnect reserves the right to request additional documentation or information from the user. Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.4 Errors: Purchases made during system errors may be revoked, with refunds issued at our discretion.

3.5 eSIM Activation Period: Purchased eSIMs must be activated within 120 days of purchase. Unused and unactivated eSIMs beyond this period may be recycled and rendered unusable, with no refund entitlement.

4. Device and Service Limitations

4.1 Device Compatibility: Users are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Compatibility guides are for reference only.

4.2 Network and Connection: WonderConnect provides prepaid eSIM data plans designed to help users avoid high roaming fees. We are not responsible for any charges from other active SIMs, eSIMs, or providers, including incoming calls, SMS, or additional roaming costs. We are also not liable for network quality, local taxes, device settings, or operating system issues that may affect service.

4.3 Reseller Disclaimer: WonderConnect operates as a reseller of eSIMs and data plans provided by third-party network providers. We do not own or operate telecommunications networks and cannot guarantee network availability, quality, or coverage.

4.4 Fair Usage Policy: Our data plans are intended for individual, personal use. Excessive data usage or prolonged tethering that negatively impacts network performance may result in speed reduction, suspension, or service limitation at our discretion.

5. Promotional Codes

5.1 Usage Restrictions: Promotional codes include referral and discount codes. Referral codes are tied to the Wonders Loyalty Program and are intended for new users. Discount codes may apply to specific promotions. Codes may have geographic, product-specific, and new-user limitations. Codes may not be stacked or combined with other promotions.

5.2 Validity: Codes may expire or be subject to usage limits, as defined by the specific promotion.

6. Notifications

6.1 We may send notifications via email, SMS, or push notifications about eSIM activation, data usage, promotions, service updates, and other relevant topics.

6.2 Users can manage their notification preferences within the app or website.

6.3 By registering an account, you consent to receive service-related and promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional messages anytime.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

7.2 Users agree to comply with all applicable local laws and these Terms.

7.3 Users must maintain the security of their account credentials and report unauthorized access.

7.4 Users must ensure their device is compatible with eSIM and properly configured.

7.5 Users must not use services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Inactivity: We may deactivate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period without prior notice.

8.2 Breach: Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, including misuse of promotional or referral codes.

8.3 Data Retention: Billing information may be retained for legal or tax purposes even after account deletion.

8.4 Refunds After Termination: Account termination does not entitle users to refunds unless required by applicable law.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to service disruptions, incompatibility, or third-party actions.

9.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control (force majeure).

9.3 Resellers are responsible for the accuracy of their advertising and sales practices. WonderConnect disclaims liability for misrepresentations by resellers.

9.4 Dispute Resolution: You agree to attempt resolution through WonderConnect support before pursuing formal arbitration or mediation.

9.5 Limitation Period: Claims must be raised within 14 days of the issue.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

10.2 In case of translations, the English version of these Terms prevails.

10.3 You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits related to our services. Disputes may be resolved via arbitration, subject to Singapore law.

11. Auto-Renewal Services

11.1 Users may opt into auto-renewal for uninterrupted service.

11.2 Renewal charges will be processed when a plan is near expiration. Users will be notified in advance.

11.3 Auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime via account settings.

12. Taxes and Local Regulations

12.1 Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or local charges imposed by their country of residence or use.

12.2 Users must comply with all applicable local laws when using our services. This includes registration obligations for devices, telecommunications usage, or import/export controls.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content and trademarks on WonderConnect platforms are the intellectual property of conULTRA Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Acceptable Use / Prohibited Uses

14.1 Users may not use WonderConnect services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes, including but not limited to SIM-box fraud, spam, network abuse, or activities that violate telecommunications regulations.

15. Service Modifications / Withdrawal

15.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Where feasible, notice will be given. No liability arises from such changes.

16. Website and App Use

16.1 Users can access their account, manage eSIMs, and make purchases via the WonderConnect app or website.

16.2 Data usage information may be accessible via the app or site but may not be updated in real-time and is for general reference only.

17. Wonders Loyalty Program

17.1 Users may earn Wonders, a reward credit system, for eligible purchases, referrals, or promotions. Wonders can be redeemed as discounts on future Data Plans.

17.2 Wonders may be granted as cashback rewards based on the total amount spent, typically calculated as a percentage of the purchase value. The specific cashback percentage may vary by campaign or user tier.

17.3 Cashback in the form of Wonders will be credited to the user’s account after the transaction is confirmed. If a refund is issued, the corresponding Wonders will be deducted.

17.4 Wonders cannot be converted into cash, transferred to other users, or used outside the WonderConnect platform.

17.5 Wonders expire 12 months after the date of issuance if unused.

17.6 WonderConnect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Wonders program or adjust earning/redemption rates at any time without prior notice.

18. Free Trial / Promotional eSIMs

18.1 We may offer promotional or free trial eSIMs to eligible new users. These may be limited to one per user/device and may not be combined with other offers.

18.2 We reserve the right to deny or revoke such offers in case of suspected abuse or fraud.
