Can I use an eSIM on my mobile phone?

To use an eSIM, you need a compatible, network-unlocked smartphone. You can access a list of compatible devices in the WonderConnect app or read our supported devices article. We also explain how to check compatibility in your phone's settings. 'Network-unlocked' means your main carrier isn't blocking your phone from connecting to other networks. Before purchasing an eSIM, consider contacting your carrier to confirm your device's compatibility.

Is using eSIM complicated?

No, using an eSIM is not complicated. Our user-friendly app walks you through the entire process, from selecting a plan for your trip to activating your eSIM mobile data. It's designed to be intuitive for everyone, whether you're a tech expert or just getting started with smartphones.

Will the eSIM change something in my phone settings?

Using an eSIM won't change your phone's core functions. It simply adds a digital SIM card (eSIM) alongside your physical one. Your contacts, apps, and settings remain untouched. We will guide you to open your phone settings but only to add and adjust the settings of the eSIM - not your phone or apps. For how long is the WonderConnect eSIM valid?

All WonderConnect eSIMs are valid for 30 days. For longer periods, you can prolong the validity by topping up your eSIM. Top-ups are available with validity ranging from 7 to 30 days.

Is it secure to use an eSIM?
